Refund policy

At Butter Theory, we stand behind every product with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund. Since our products are meant to be used and tested to see real results, your item does not need to be unopened, unused, or in original packaging — we simply ask that you've genuinely given it a try.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at buttertheory1606@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at buttertheory1606@gmail.com with a photo of the item — we'll resolve this at no cost to you, including a replacement or full refund.

Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, we process it within 5-7 business days, refunded to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

We're unable to offer refunds for:

  • Orders past the 30-day window
  • Requests with no genuine attempt to use the product as directed
  • Duplicate or fraudulent claims

Exchanges

If you'd like a different product or size, request your refund first, then place a new order — this is the fastest way to get what you need.

A few things you still need to fill in / confirm before publishing:

  1. This assumes no physical return shipping is required (since it's a satisfaction guarantee, not a "send the product back" return) — confirm this matches your actual operational plan. If you do want products physically returned before refunding, that changes the policy significantly and needs a real return address (not a placeholder)
  2. Removed the EU 14-day cooling-off section — only relevant if you're shipping internationally to the EU; add it back if that's part of your plan
  3. Removed "sale items non-returnable" — since your whole funnel is built around no-risk trial pricing, excluding sale items would undercut the guarantee on the exact SKUs you're promoting
