Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and may vary based on your location within India.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your package's progress until delivery.

Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier logistics, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers once the package has left our facility, but we will assist in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at buttertheory1606@gmail.com so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at buttertheory1606@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll investigate and resolve the issue promptly — including a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
